Kimi is one of the first Certified Tea Specialists from the Specialty Tea Institute of New York in the world. She is one of the few people in the industry who has experienced each part of the tea process i.e. working with the tea farmers, blending and sales.
She was the first to teach the Tea Sommelier course in Canada and successfully launched a tea business that won international awards for her teas.
Since it is a passion of hers, she still shares her knowledge and trains retailers, hotel staff and tea aficionados.
